Impact: * Skills Overview, Analytics, Assessments, and Scorecards will be intermittently unavailable.
* Webhook Events: Webhook notifications will not be delivered during downtime; they'll be sent once service resumes. Also, Customers will not be able to create new webhook triggers in Power Automate.
* Engagement Service: LiveSends, LiveSend Emails, Bulk Emails, DSR Emails, Outreach / Salesloft Emails won't be sent or created and will fail. Outlook emails cannot create links to create LiveSend emails. LiveSend Viewer will be offline and viewer will receive an outage message. Older LiveSends and Emails can't be viewed in Engagement Center. Emails Scheduled to send during the outage will be sent after we come back online.
* Extensions Platform: Customers will not be able to install, enable, disable, or delete apps during this time. App extension features (like Main Nav, Search, Related Training, Delivery Approvals) will be unavailable. Slack and Teams notifications from apps will not be delivered. App installation status won't appear on Seismic Exchange.

* Presentation Builder: Seismic for Slides & Presentation Builder: Customers will not get update notifications and source presentations will not function. Also, Guided Assembly in Presentation Builder will be unavailable.
* Labs Cache Builder: Users will not see updated results for Frequented, Recently Viewed, and Popular content in the Seismic App. These results won't be updated again until the migration has been completed and the LCB service has been able to process any backed up lag from during that period.
