Impact:
* Content Uploads & Processing: Content uploaded during the maintenance window may not process immediately. Any items that remain unprocessed will automatically recover and process after the maintenance completes.
* Viewing & Downloads: Initial viewing or download times for content uploaded during the window may be slower until processing finishes.
* LiveSend Impact: Viewing and downloading content through LiveSend may also be affected during this period, as these services rely on the same core platform.
* Custom Integrations & External Syncs: If you have external content syncs or custom jobs running during the window, they may experience delays or create a backlog. The system is designed to auto-recover, but processing may take additional time afterward.
* Rendition Services: Rendition jobs will be delayed during the maintenance. Jobs will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete. If any rendition job is not queued due to the maintenance window, it will recover automatically on the first view of any affected content.
To minimize potential delays, we recommend pausing heavy uploads, LiveSend activities, and external syncs during the maintenance window if possible.
